FEATURE

• It was released as a successor to the previous model PSG-DX series. Improved operability by changing from select switch operation to touch panel operation.
• Equipped with “Rough processing ⇒ Precision processing ⇒Sparkout” as a normal automatic grinding cycle. It can also be used for dressing during the cycle.
• Adoption of touch panel input. Conventional alarm number display is displayed in language. The self-diagnostic function checks the operation status of various parts, improving maintenance.
• Stainless steel covers are standard and extend the life of machine covers.
• Lubrication/hydraulic pumps are installed outside the machine.The tank is external to prevent thermal displacement and vibration.
• Cross feed positioning accuracy is greatly improved by the adoption of servomotor drive.
