CONCEPT

• Minor change machine for the globally popular surface grinder.

FEATURE

• Stainless steel covers are standard and extend the life of machine covers
• Equipped with “Rough grinding ⇒ Precision grinding ⇒Sparkout” as a normal automatic grinding cycle.
• Lubrication/hydraulic pumps are installed outside the machine. The tank is external to prevent thermal displacement and vibration.
• Adoption of vertical feed operation by manual pulser on the operation panel.
• An AC servomotor is used for the vertical feed, allowing selection from a minimum cut of 0.1 μm.
• Vertical feed and cross feed position display is digital display with LED as standard specification.
• Table longitudinal feed is V-V shape.Straightness is improved by balancing the floating oil film.
