CONCEPT
- Minor change machine for the globally popular surface grinder.
FEATURE
- Stainless steel covers are standard and extend the life of machine covers
- Equipped with “Rough grinding ⇒ Precision grinding ⇒Sparkout” as a normal automatic grinding cycle.
- Lubrication/hydraulic pumps are installed outside the machine. The tank is external to prevent thermal displacement and vibration.
- Adoption of vertical feed operation by manual pulser on the operation panel.
- An AC servomotor is used for the vertical feed, allowing selection from a minimum cut of 0.1 μm.
- Vertical feed and cross feed position display is digital display with LED as standard specification.
- Table longitudinal feed is V-V shape.Straightness is improved by balancing the floating oil film.
